1.In order to participate in these classes you will need to download and familiarise yourselves with the Zoom program (this is free to join). You will be sent a link for each class or live session and you just click on this to join. My platform is on NewZenler so look for emails with this name.
2.Phone screens are too small for detailed viewing so I recommend joining with a tablet or computer.
3.Please familiarise yourself with the Zoom layout on your particular device ahead of the live event. There are lots of tutorials and guides on their website.
4.Please familiarise yourself with the mute/unmute button and also the how to switch on your video/audio. You should be prompted to test these ahead of joining the class.
5.You will be responsible for any technical issues from your end. I can only control the output and quality from the broadcast side.
6.The Class Joining Link will be emailed to each participant on receipt of successfully registering for each live session. These links should NEVER be shared please.
7.Participants will receive full email instructions for the resources/materials needed for a live class at least 2 WEEKS ahead of the class commencement. Please ensure you have downloaded your reference and printed out if necessary.
8.If you are unable to make the live session, playback will be made available to enable you to catch up at your own pace. I cannot hold up a class or refund for non attendance.
9.On the day, click on the link you have been emailed which will take you into Zoom and wait to be invited into the class. Your microphone will be muted before you enter and you will be invited to unmute after the introduction.
10.Please ensure that you are waiting to join ahead of the scheduled time so that we can all get going promptly with the class.

1 .All bookings are quoted on receipt of workable reference images.
2.On agreement of layout, size, price a non-refundable booking fee of 50% will be required to secure the booking. An estimated date of completion will be provided at this time & you, the client will be kept updated of this if anything changes. Please note that if for any reason you change your mind that this fee is non-refundable and covers time and materials already secured for the portrait. The portrait can be re-scheduled to a later date or a payment plan can be put into place if that helps.
3.You will be contacted approximately a week prior to the commission commencing to re-confirm the details. Once the portrait is started it will allow for minor changes and work in progress updates will be sent throughout the creation process.
4.On completion of the portrait a final low resolution scan will be sent for approval. Up to two minor changes can be made at this time. Once signed off the final balance including postage costs will be due ahead of the portrait being sent. Any tracking information will be sent after postage.
5.The original artwork remains under the copyright of the artist and prints/copies cannot be made without the express written permission of the artist.
6. A photography service is available within a 25 mile radius of DN16 area. Please contact us for more details/availability.
